Snow Removal Sidewalk Crew - Starting at $20/hour Simply Green is hiring dependable crew members to join our snow removal team. Riding along with our plow drivers, you will serve as a key team member helping keep residential and commercial properties clear and accessible. What You'll Do Ride along with plow driver assisting in snow clearing services. Operate snow blowers and shovels to clear sidewalks, steps, and entryways. Help load, unload, and care for equipment. What You'll Need Reliable transportation to and from our shop. Valid Iowa driver's license with no restrictions. Availability for any shift with at least 48 hours' notice, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform essential duties of the position such as, repetitive shoveling, pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, and walking. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in cold, windy, snowy, and icy conditions. Appropriate winter clothing and waterproof boots. Dependable attendance, a team mindset, and attention to detail. What to Expect This is active, physical work with hours determined by the weather. Hours are not guaranteed, and shifts may be lengthy during significant snow events/ We're looking for people who arrive on time and are ready to help their team. Looking for more than seasonal work? Interested crew members may have the opportunity to transition to full-time lawn care work in the spring.

Pay:
