Job Description

Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for commercial truck driving, primarily hauling materials using side dump and belly dump trucks. This role is essential for ensuring the timely and safe transportation of materials to various job sites and locations. Candidates should possess a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism in all aspects of their work. Responsibilities Operate commercial trucks, including side dump and belly dump trailers, in accordance with all safety regulations and company policies. Haul construction materials, aggregates, or other bulk commodities to designated locations efficiently and safely. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption as required. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company procedures during transportation activities. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site managers, and other team members regarding schedules, delays, or issues on the road. Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle safety and reliability. Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for hauling materials with side dump and belly dump trucks. Proven experience operating heavy-duty trucks in a commercial setting. Strong understanding of safety regulations related to commercial trucking and material hauling. Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks. Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance. Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately. Physical ability to load/unload materials as needed and work in various weather conditions. Pay:
Up to $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 80.0 per week
