Job Description
HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Class A or B CDL Driver/Equipment Operator to support industrial cleaning and environmental services in the Transportation & Logistics department. Based in field locations, you will safely operate CDL vehicles, vacuum units, and related equipment at energy, petrochemical, and industrial sites. Responsibilities include DOT-compliant driving, pre/post trip inspections, assisting with industrial cleaning and material transfer, and strictly following safety and environmental procedures. You'll work in a safety-first, team-oriented culture with strong training, advancement potential, and exposure to major industrial clients. Responsibilities Safely operate Class A or B CDL trucks and industrial equipment to support cleaning and environmental projects Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required DOT and company documentation Assist with industrial cleaning, vacuuming, and material transfer in refineries and industrial facilities Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental regulations in demanding field conditions Work as part of a crew, communicating with supervisors and clients to meet schedule and quality expectations Support equipment setup, basic maintenance, and site housekeeping to ensure safe, efficient operations Required Skills Class A/B CDL truck operation Heavy equipment operation (vac/pressure units) Defensive and DOT-compliant driving Pre/post trip inspections Basic mechanical troubleshooting Industrial cleaning techniques Safe confined space support Hazardous materials handling basics Job safety analysis (JSA)/LOTO practices Paperwork and electronic log completion
