Job Description

HPC Industrial powered by Clean Harbors is seeking a Class A or B CDL Driver/Equipment Operator to support Environmental industry projects in our Transportation & Logistics department. In this field-based role, you will safely operate CDL trucks and industrial cleaning equipment at refineries, plants, and other industrial facilities. Responsibilities include transporting equipment, performing pre/post-trip inspections, supporting industrial cleaning and environmental services, and strictly following safety and DOT regulations. You'll work in a safety-first, team-oriented culture with strong training and opportunities to grow into advanced operator or supervisory roles. Responsibilities Safely operate Class A or B CDL trucks to and from industrial and environmental job sites Set up, operate, and monitor vacuum, pumping, and related cleaning equipment Perform DOT-compliant pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required logs Follow all HPC Industrial and Clean Harbors safety procedures and PPE requirements Assist crews with industrial cleaning tasks in refineries, plants, and field locations Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding job status, issues, and delays Secure loads and maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment Respond to changing field conditions while maintaining environmental compliance Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training Support a team-oriented, safety-first culture in demanding field environments Required Skills Class A or B CDL driving DOT regulations compliance Operation of vacuum trucks Operation of high-pressure wash equipment Load securement and rigging Pre/post-trip inspections Basic mechanical troubleshooting Reading work orders and job tickets Use of PPE and safety procedures Communication with dispatch and supervisors
