Portable Restroom Technician Highway 38 Dumpsters & Restrooms Hagerstown, IN | Full Time (40 hrs/week - can slow in winter months, but we can keep you busy with other jobs)

The Opportunity Be part of a growing local business Work independently after training with your own service truck Be appreciated for showing up and doing the job right Home week nights & majority of weekends Bonuses for strong performance and reliability What You'll Do Service, pump, clean, and refresh portable restrooms (yes — this includes pumping human waste) Pick up, deliver, and maintain portable restrooms & handwash stations Follow a daily route Provide professional, friendly service at customer sites Operate and maintain a company service truck Stock supplies (toilet paper, sanitizer, soap, etc.) Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Communicate with dispatch regarding route changes or issues Keep truck and equipment clean and operating properly Manage 150+ restrooms and all maintenance needed related to their upkeep Pressure wash restrooms to maintain cleanliness Assist with other tasks as needed (shop cleanup, organizing, painting dumpsters, light maintenance, welding, grounds maintenance) What You'll Bring Valid Driver's License (NO CDL required) Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major infractions in the last 3-5 years) Minimum 2 years driving experience (rural driving preferred), familiarity with the area a bonus Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and load/unload trucks multiple times daily Comfortable working in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, construction sites) Ability to use a smartphone, GPS, Google/Apple Maps Strong work ethic, dependability, and accountability Customer-service mindset Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & random drug screenings Mechanical skills are a plus, but not required Schedule Monday-Friday, approximately 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (may vary slightly) Occasional weekends or on-call availability for emergencies Hours may slow during winter months, but other job duties available Pay & Benefits Performance reviews at 90 days and annually Annual raises and performance bonuses Uniforms (with laundry service) & $150 boot stipend provided after 90 days Employee discounts on dumpster & restroom rentals 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment Passenger Ride Along Program Available Opportunity for growth as our restroom division continues to expand Work Location Based out of Hagerstown, IN , with travel to surrounding areas including Richmond, Winchester, Connersville, and New Castle.
