Job Description

The Residential Non-DOT Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently operating company vehicles while servicing residential customers. The driver will follow assigned routes, make scheduled deliveries or pickups, handle materials as required, and provide professional customer service. The position requires safe driving practices, reliable attendance, good communication, and the ability to work independently. The driver is expected to follow company policies, maintain the assigned vehicle, complete required paperwork or electronic records, and ensure that all assigned work is completed accurately and on schedule. The driver will also assist with loading and unloading materials as needed and maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle and work area. Ability to safely operate a company vehicle. Ability to follow assigned routes, schedules, and instructions. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to safely load and unload materials as required. Ability to use a GPS, navigation system, or mobile device for routing and communication. Ability to complete required paperwork or electronic documentation accurately. Must follow all company safety policies and vehicle operating procedures. Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required. Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
