Fitchburg, Gardner, Leominster, and Athol, Massachusetts MART?s operating company is seeking dedicated and compassionate drivers to join our team. Drivers play an essential role in helping people access work, appointments, education, community activities, and other daily needs.

• Safely transport passengers to scheduled destinations.
• Provide courteous, professional, and respectful customer service.
• Assist passengers as needed while maintaining safety and dignity.
• Follow all applicable company, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Complete required vehicle inspections, reports, and documentation.
• Maintain a safe driving record and follow all operational procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.

• Eligibility requirements and applicable conditions may apply. Minimum Qualifications
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Massachusetts driver?s license or valid license from a contiguous state
• Safe driving record free of repeat or serious violations
• Ability to pass a physical examination
• Ability to pass an initial drug screening
• Ability to participate in ongoing random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with Federal Transit Administration regulations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on assignment
• Ability to meet the requirements of a safety-sensitive position Bus Operator Requirements
• Valid Massachusetts driver?s license
• Commercial Driver?s License, Class B or higher
• Air-brake endorsement
• Passenger endorsement
• Valid Motor Bus Certificate CDL Class B licensing and/or endorsement assistance may be considered for qualified candidates based on operational needs.
