Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Rollback Tow Truck Driver with 2 years minimum requirement experience to join our team. Please Do NOT Apply with No Experience as a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing and transporting vehicles to designated locations. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. We pay 25% of the profits of load on roadside calls and cash calls ( After 6 months of good report you will get a raise to 30%) Potential of higher earnings is very much possible but only for dedicated driver as your performance of completed jobs determines your pay. Clean background to run police calls if qualified. CDL not required! Clean driving record is a Must! You MUST Have Your Own Reliable Transportation! You MUST have an updated certified copy of your MVR. You MUST have a valid DOT card that is active. You MUST have 2 years of experience listed we will not hire anyone without Experience of less then requirements! Rotating Saturdays on call & off on sundays.

Duties:

• Perform daily pre trip inspection before starting shift
• Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
• Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with vehicle-related issues
• Perform basic automotive diagnostics and minor repairs when necessary
• Ensure proper securing of vehicles on the tow truck for safe transportation
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the tow truck
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed
• Respond to dispatched police calls within the proper time frames.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role preferred (No Beginners Must Be Experienced)
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Familiarity with flatbed and Wheel Lift Operation
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor repairs to complete the tow job
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL is a plus but not required ) with a clean driving record MVR report will be pulled
• Must obtain a valid DOT Physical Card
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site to pick up the truck
• Must show up to work on time, NO
