We are a local fertilizer manufacturer serving Southern Maryland, known for reliability and high-quality service. Our team is looking for a DOT Driver / Warehouse Professional . This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to grow your skills and stay long-term with a stable company.

Schedule:

Busy season (March-July): Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, Sat 7am-12pm Slow season: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm

What You'll Do:

Load/unload products manually or with equipment Assist with local deliveries Keep the warehouse and property clean, organized, and safe Provide excellent service to staff and clients

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current DOT physical Ability to pass background check and drug test Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Reliable transportation preferred Ability to drive a stick shift. Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
