Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated CDL Driver/Laborer to join our septic services team. This role involves operating septic trucks and performing various labor tasks in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for pumping, installations, and repairs related to septic systems, ensuring efficient and safe service delivery. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety. Duties Operate septic trucks safely and efficiently to pump, clean, and maintain septic systems. Assist with the installation of new septic systems, including site preparation and setup. Perform repairs on existing septic systems, diagnosing issues and executing necessary fixes. Conduct fieldwork that includes digging, trenching, and other labor-intensive tasks related to septic system installation and maintenance. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during operations. Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment and tools used in daily tasks. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations. Experience Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Prior experience operating septic trucks or similar heavy equipment is preferred. Experience in field labor, including excavation or plumbing-related work, is advantageous. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach to work. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a field setting and are committed to providing quality service while maintaining safety standards.
Pay:
$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
