This role involves operating a commercial vehicle, completing route deliveries, and ensuring accurate and courteous service to customers. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a CDL B commercial vehicle on assigned routes Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and food safety standards Delivering food products to customer locations in a timely manner Load and unload trucks using hand trucks and equipment Place or stock products at customer sites when needed Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork Pick up returns, credits, or refused product Communicate delivery or vehicle issues to management Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle Qualifications Valid CDL B license required Clean driving record Must be at least 18 years old Basic math and recordkeeping skills Experience with customer service preferred Ability to use smartphone/logistics applications Experience with food or distribution environment is a plus Physical Requirements Lift/push up to 65 lbs. repeatedly throughout shift Frequent entry/exit of truck (multiple times per route) Standing, bending, twisting, and climbing stairs throughout the day Ability to work in year-round weather conditions Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Discount Schedule Typically, 8-9 hour days.
