The FSQA Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining food safety and quality programs, procedures, and training across the site to support regulatory compliance and product safety. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary site contact for regulatory agencies as well as second- and third-party audit activities. Lead internal audit programs, including verification, validation, and calibration schedules. Maintain accurate documentation and records supporting the facility's food safety and quality systems and regulatory compliance. Ensure timely completion and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions following identified non-conformances. Execute investigations and support implementation of corrective actions as needed. Identify gaps in food safety and quality systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Lead FSQA team meetings and support communication across departments. Ensure the facility maintains a constant state of audit readiness. Supervise QC Technicians and housekeeping staff, providing direction and accountability for daily activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or related field with at least 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. HACCP and/or SQF certification required. Experience with both USDA-FSIS and FDA regulations preferred. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or production setting.
