Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Yard Operations Associate, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient movement and transportation of premier quality boats. This full-time position offers an energetic environment focused on safety, precision, and teamwork. This role is essential to keeping our daily operations running smoothly by supporting the yard, sales and service teams. You'll be responsible for managing inventory movement, operating heavy equipment, and maintaining a safe, organized yard. If you enjoy hands on work and being surrounded by boats this is a great opportunity to join our growing team.
Job Requirements:
Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the yard, parking lot, showroom exterior, and storage areas Safely move and position boats using forklifts, trucks, and trailers Assist with loading and unloading boats for delivery, service, and display Prepare boats for customer delivery, including detailing and final presentation Support the sales team by staging boats and ensuring inventory is show-ready Assist with general property upkeep, including cleanliness and light maintenance Transport boats and equipment between locations as needed Jump in where needed to support daily operations across departments
Technical and Physical Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work safely around the water Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience operating forklifts, trucks, and trailers preferred Minimum 2 years of towing experience required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required

Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
