Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time End Dump Driver to join our team. This position requires a highly responsible and safety-focused individual with proven experience operating end dumps. The ideal candidate will be organized, clean, and take pride in maintaining equipment — especially since they'll be operating a brand-new truck and trailer .

Responsibilities:

Safely operate end dump trucks to haul and deliver materials to job sites Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle at all times Follow all DOT and company safety regulations and procedures Communicate clearly with dispatch, foremen, and customers Assist with loading/unloading materials when needed Represent the company professionally on and off the job site

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of CDL experience (End Dump experience required) Clean driving record (no major violations) Strong commitment to safety and equipment care Reliable, punctual, and organized work habits Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must pass a drug screening and background check
