What You'll Be Doing Operate mobile equipment safely and efficiently to support production and material movement Conduct pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly Load, transport, and stockpile materials while maintaining quality standards Perform basic equipment care and assist with routine maintenance activities Follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations What Are We Looking For Ability to operate mobile equipment safely and responsibly in an industrial environment Strong focus on safety, situational awareness, and attention to detail Capability to perform equipment inspections and identify potential operational concerns Dependable team player with effective communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn, adapt, and support changing operational needs Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
