Great Schedule:

Four 10-hour days starting at 6:00 a.m. (Saturdays required; enjoy consistent weekday time off!) Overtime options available.

Competitive Earning Potential:

$23.00/hour starting rate + up to $500 in monthly bonuses for safety, punctuality, and complete route execution (the majority of our drivers earn this bonus every month!)

Key Responsibilities Local Pickup & Delivery:

Safely operate a 16-foot box truck to collect donated items and deliver goods throughout the local community.

Route Management:

Navigate efficiently using GPS, follow a daily manifest, and complete accurate end-of-day reports.

Physical Handling:

Load and unload donations, including clothing, household goods, and small furniture.

Safety & Compliance:

Perform daily pre-/post-trip DOT vehicle inspections and adhere to all safety policies and road laws.

Communication & Representation:

Maintain regular contact with dispatchers and provide professional, friendly service to donors and community partners.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a 16-foot box truck or similar commercial vehicle.

Driving Record:

Clean driving record with a strong commitment to road safety.

Age:

Must be at least 21 years old.

Physical Capability:

Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.

Screening:

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (including THC) and a DOT physical exam.
