Lead Operator A small, successful company in Hudson, NH is seeking Lead Operators on 2nd and 3rd shift. This full-time, direct-hire role offers a collaborative work environment and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities of the Lead Operator Prepare production paperwork Restock and clean production cells Set up work stations Lead and train operators on processes and procedures Operate injection molding machines, including inspection, assembly, and packaging, to cover breaks and absenteeism Support 5S practices and conduct 5S audits Perform additional tasks as required Qualifications of the Lead Operator High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of machine operator experience in the plastic injecting molding or related industry Previous lead/training experience Understanding of plastic molded part defects Ability to use measuring tools and hand tools Good eyesight and hand dexterity Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and adjust priorities quickly Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently Hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00pm-11:30pm or 11:00pm-7:30am.
