Job Summary Gibson Truck Service, LLC is seeking an Independent Contractor Truck Driver to service trash collection routes throughout Mercer County, NJ (Specifically Ewing Twp, Hopewell Twp and Pennington Borough). Routes run Monday and Friday, typically 8:00 AM

•4:00 PM. This job is physically demanding, fast-paced outdoor work suited to someone who takes pride in getting the job done right. Responsibilities Drive collection vehicle along assigned routes Assist thrower lifting and emptying trash cans, bins, and bags into truck hopper Operate truck controls (hopper, packer) safely Follow route sheets and schedules accurately Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Report any vehicle issues, missed stops, or safety hazards Maintain a clean and safe truck cab and work area Follow all DOT and applicable safety protocols Provide courteous, professional interactions with customers when needed Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old CDL Class B preferred, but not required Valid driver's license required Clean driving record required Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable and punctual Prior waste collection, landscaping, or physical labor experience a plus Schedule Monday & Friday, 8:00 AM

•4:00 PM (may be altered to include Wednesday as additional collection day) Compensation $25
