What You'll Do:

Provide emergency roadside assistance including towing, jumpstarts, fuel delivery, lockouts, and battery service Operate flatbed, wheel-lift, and battery service vehicles (cross-training provided) Deliver safe towing and recovery services with a strong focus on safety Maintain tools, paperwork, receipts, and cash bag in an organized manner Keep assigned vehicle clean and inspection-ready Interact with members professionally, courteously, and with empathy

What You Bring:

Clean NYS Driver's License with tow endorsement required (non-CDL acceptable) Must be at least 21 years old Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong customer service and communication skills Basic automotive knowledge and comfort using tablets/iPads Positive, calm demeanor in high-stress situations Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
