RMC About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a Ready Mix truck to deliver and place construction materials at customer job sites. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation. Load, transport, and unload materials efficiently while following all safety procedures. Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries. Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. What Are We Looking For Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the ability to operate a Ready Mix truck safely and effectively. Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible equipment operation. Ability to perform vehicle inspections, complete required paperwork, and follow operating procedures. Effective communication and customer service skills in a team-oriented environment. Capability to work independently, adapt to changing job site conditions, and manage delivery schedules. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. What We Offer $22-$32 per hour. Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension. Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.
