Job Description
Justin Sturgill Trucking LLC is hiring experienced CDL Class A and Class B drivers for full-time, year-round work. We perform infrastructure work throughout the Greater Cincinnati area, including highway, bridge, utility, and commercial construction projects. This is steady local work with drivers home every day. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience, Commission based Pay Weekly direct deposit Local work with home daily Well-maintained equipment Year-round employment Requirements Valid CDL Class A or Class B license Clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and Clearinghouse query Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Job Duties Safely haul dirt, stone, asphalt, concrete, and other construction materials Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Follow all jobsite and safety requirements Communicate with dispatch throughout the workday Keep assigned equipment clean and in good condition Schedule Requirement This is a construction industry position. Drivers are expected to work Saturdays when scheduled. Occasional Sunday work may also be required to meet project schedules, customer demands, or weather-related delays. If weekend work does not fit your availability, this position is not a good fit. We're looking for drivers who show up, work hard, and take pride in what they do. Reliability matters because our customers count on us to get the job done.
