Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 2nd shift Feed Delivery Driver to join our CDL team at our North Mill in Fort Recovery. $$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$ (Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 each month for the first six months. Internal candidates must commit to at least 1 year in this position to be eligible.)

SHIFT HOURS

Monday through Friday 3:30pm-2:00am

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$25.80 with the potential of increasing to $26.30 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for the CDL driving position.

Job functions include:

Delivering all feed as scheduled Properly disinfecting trucks and using proper biosecurity attire. Completing a daily inspection of tractor/trailer and maintain cleanliness per DOT Commercial Driving Inspections. Completing driver logs and inspection/maintenance reports.
