Job Description
Evolution Ag LLC is looking for a CDL driver to join our team! We're a local, family-run trucking company, and we're looking for someone who is experienced, dependable, hardworking, and ready to become part of our crew. At Evolution Ag, safety is always our #1 priority , but so is taking care of the people who work with us. We know our drivers are a huge part of what keeps our company going, and we truly appreciate the hard work and long hours that come with this job. We offer great pay, year-round work, and steady hours , especially during our busy harvest season. We're not looking for someone to just fill a seat—we'd love to find someone who wants to stick around, grow with us, and become part of the team. What we're looking for: Valid CDL Truck driving experience Dependable and responsible Comfortable driving manual transmission Safety-minded and takes good care of equipment Able to complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Good communication with dispatch and the rest of the crew Able to keep up with required logs and paperwork Must be able to pass required drug screenings Harvest or agricultural hauling experience is a plus, but not required What we offer: Great pay Year-round work Plenty of work during harvest season Well-maintained equipment A friendly, down-to-earth work environment A company that values and appreciates its drivers We've been fortunate to build a great team over the years, and we'd love to add another good driver to it.
