Job Summary The Manure Hauler is responsible for transporting manure from Kreider Farms to approved off-site locations in a timely and professional manner. Ideally the Manure Hauler will also assist in other farm operations/field work such as planting, harvesting, and spreading fertilizer. This position includes loading and unloading trucks, maintaining a clean and organized vehicle, assisting with farm operations, and supporting a team-focused work environment. Weekend availability is required. Key Responsibilities Safely load (with a payloader) and unload manure trucks Transport manure from Kreider Farms to designated farms or field locations. Deliver materials to farmers and maintain good working relationships. Clean and maintain trucks to company standards. Promote teamwork and collaborate effectively with other farm personnel. Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards to a supervisor immediately. Support food safety and quality procedures by reporting concerns promptly. Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor or designated staff. Qualifications CDL Class A required, with good driving record and clean MVR. Prior farm experience preferred (field/crop work, harvesting, fertilizing etc.) Experience using a walking trailer and other farm equipment (wheel loaders, large farm tractors, and skid steers) Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork orientation. Willingness to work weekends as needed.

Schedule:

50-60 hours per week. More hours may be needed during harvest season.
