Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and responsible CDL Class B driver to operate a 26-foot box truck on an hourly basis. This role involves safely transporting goods, managing route deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate a 26-foot box truck, ensuring compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) and state transportation regulations Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques and proper safety procedures Drive route schedules efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including air brake systems and mechanical components Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery records Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries Follow hazardous materials regulations when handling special or sensitive loads Experience Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record Experience operating commercial trucks such as front loader or rear loader trucks preferred Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques and mechanical troubleshooting for trucks and equipment Familiarity with municipal waste management or solid waste operations is a plus Demonstrated understanding of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safety protocols Prior experience with roll-off trucks or garbage trucks is advantageous Outdoor work experience with exposure to varying weather conditions Join our team to drive your career forward in a dynamic environment where safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are at the forefront!

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
