Responsibilities:
Install tanks adhering to all state and local requirements including NFPA 58 and 54. If applicable, complete training and testing for all required state licenses and certifications. Immediately report all incidents and accidents to the General Manager. Maintain a Class B CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements as required.Seasonal Support:
Assist with deliveries by driving a delivery vehicle, as necessary. Accurately complete and submit service orders daily. Perform daily inspections (DVIR) of the truck, maintaining it in excellent working condition. Accurately document and bill for all parts used, following sales proposals for pricing. Frequent bending, squatting, lifting, and carrying heavy equipment or materials (up to 75 pounds). This role includes on-call responsibilities, as the needs of the company require that you work past your regular departure time or otherwise outside of your regular work hoursMinimum Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience.Minimum Work Experience:
Basic understanding of computer concepts and usage 2-3 years of experience in propane, HVAC, or a related field preferred Familiarity with propane systems, regulations, and industry standards. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn propane systems and installation practices. Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and professional appearance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments and weather conditions. Basic computer skills for completing service orders and maintaining documentation.Required Licenses, Certifications, Registrations:
