Neiswonger Construction, Inc. is seeking a
Full Time CDL Truck Driver Location:
1994 Morey Rd, Clarksville, PA 15322
Hours:
Monday-Friday 5:30am-4:00pm (hours may vary)
Requirements:
Valid CDL & Medical Card Clean Driving Record Up-to-date MVR Up-to-date Clearinghouse Registration 2
Years of Experience Background Check Responsibilities:
Driving :
Drive safely and smoothly, and be able to recognize and avoid hazardous conditions. Loading and unloading : Load and unload cargo, and work with other drivers to handle materials. Route planning : Plan routes that meet delivery schedules and take traffic and delivery guidelines into account. Time management : Manage your time to ensure on-time delivery. Vehicle maintenance : Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, and detect and address motor trouble. Customer service : Provide customer service at the time of delivery.
Logkeeping :
Complete driver and route logs.
Skills:
Safe driving practices : Demonstrate safe driving practices and defensive driving techniques Communication skills : Communicate well with other drivers and operators
Problem-solving :
Be able to solve problems and make emergency repairs Attention to detail : Pay attention to detail and maintain accurate logbook records
