Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Dump Truck Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, debris, and other construction or industrial loads. Your expertise in truck driving, route management, and load handling will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Responsibilities Operate dump trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles such as roll-off trucks with precision and safety. Follow designated routes efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and company policies to meet delivery schedules. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, checking for mechanical issues, fluid levels, tire conditions, and safety features. Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, cargo details, and delivery documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding route updates or delivery statuses. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience operating dump trucks, or similar heavy-duty vehicles. Proficiency in manual transmission driving. Knowledge of route driving best practices and traffic regulations across different regions. Strong commitment to safety procedures and vehicle maintenance routines.
