Fuel & Lube Truck Driver - CDL McKinney Excavating is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Fuel & Lube Truck Driver to join our team. This position supports our field operations by delivering fuel, lubricants, and fluids to heavy equipment at jobsites throughout East Tennessee. The ideal candidate is comfortable working around heavy equipment, understands the importance of preventative maintenance, and takes pride in keeping equipment fueled and ready to work. Responsibilities Operate a fuel and lube truck safely and efficiently Deliver diesel fuel, lubricants, grease, DEF, and other fluids to equipment at jobsites Fuel and service heavy equipment in the field Perform routine lubrication and basic preventative maintenance Inspect equipment and report leaks, mechanical issues, or other problems Maintain accurate fuel and service records Follow all company, DOT, and jobsite safety requirements Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain the fuel/lube truck in safe operating condition Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Communicate effectively with operators, mechanics, supervisors, and other field personnel Maintain a clean and organized truck, tools, and work area Qualifications Valid CDL Clean driving record Previous experience operating a fuel/lube truck or servicing heavy equipment preferred Experience around heavy construction equipment preferred Basic understanding of diesel-powered equipment and preventative maintenance Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to safety and detail Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work around heavy equipment Must be willing to work outdoors and travel to various jobsites What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round employment Steady work with an established East Tennessee excavation company Opportunities to work alongside a large fleet of modern heavy equipment Experienced, hardworking team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement McKinney Excavating is a commercial excavation and site development contractor serving East Tennessee.
