Creedmoor, TX Job Description We are hiring CDL Roll-Off Drivers for a long-term opportunity supporting a major waste transportation project. Drivers will be based out of Creedmoor, TX and will travel to Bastrop and surrounding areas to pick up and drop off trash and waste trailers. This is a full time, direct-hire opportunity with competitive pay based on experience. Roll-off driving experience is preferred, but experienced CDL drivers without roll-off experience are encouraged to apply . Schedule Monday-Friday Overnight shifts Start times will generally fall between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM 10-12 hour shifts Occasional Saturdays may be required, but are expected to be rare Exact start times and routes will be provided during the hiring process Responsibilities Safely operate a roll-off truck to transport waste and trash trailers Pick up and drop off trailers at designated locations Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Secure and transport loads safely and efficiently Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations Maintain accurate driving and delivery records Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and other team members Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned vehicle Perform other duties related to safe and efficient waste transportation Qualifications Valid CDL Class A or Class B Clean driving record, particularly within the past 5 years Previous roll-off driving experience is a plus, but not required Commercial driving experience with a strong history of job tenure is highly preferred Ability to work overnight hours and 10-12 hour shifts Ability to safely operate a commercial vehicle and perform required job duties Strong commitment to safety and reliability Must be able to successfully complete required background and drug screening Background & Employment Verification Candidates will be required to successfully complete a 7-year background check and drug screen . Employment history may be verified for positions held within the past 7 years.
