We believe in the power of collaboration and mutual support. Job Overview We are seeking a reliable Service Route Driver to join our team. The Service Route Driver will be responsible for completing service routes promptly, safely, and professionally.

Pay:

Non-CDL - $20 to $24 an hour and CDL - $25 to $28 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Operates pump truck on a pre-determined route; safely controls the pump as required to collect receptacles and deposit their contents in the truck.
• Performs and documents pre-operation safety checks on the vehicle prior to embarking on the route.
• Refuels truck and performs basic maintenance.
• Facilitates proper maintenance and mechanical service on truck by appropriate mechanics.
• Transports waste to the proper location for processing and/or disposal.
• Notifies dispatchers and/or supervisors of delays, unsafe sites, accidents, breakdowns, or other issues and documents the same.
• Maintains logs of pickup times, daily mileage, and dump logs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be able to pull trailers
• 3 years of required commercial driving experience, 5 years required
• Must be at least 25 years of age or older, due to insurance requirements for operating company vehicles.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends during the Storm season.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A valid Driver's License or similar classification to operate a pump truck is required.
• Ability to work overtime (nights and weekends) when needed.
• Ability to work and drive in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be located in the Hutto, TX Area
