Job Description

Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of route driving, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and experience with various types of vehicles, including box trucks. If you have a passion for driving and logistics, we encourage you to apply. Duties Safely operate company vehicles, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit. Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining timely deliveries. Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients at delivery points. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as necessary for loading and unloading tasks. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in route driving and courier services preferred. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day. Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus. Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles is desirable. Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address any concerns. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
