This position involves practicing independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex nursing care while managing long-term goals and plans. The nurse delegates tasks appropriately to care team members to ensure optimal patient management.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care following the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs with increasing complexity. Administer medications and treatments using established protocols, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness. Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided. Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers, identifying issues and available resources.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. At least 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred. Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Benefits
