Full Job Description Role Overview:
A skilled Nurse practicing independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex patient care. Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient needs while addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social aspects. Delegates tasks effectively to care team members and manages clinical contingencies.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care aligned with professional standards and organizational competencies. Administer medications and treatments per protocols, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness. Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care activities accurately. Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers. Make appropriate clinical assignments and delegate tasks to team members.Qualifications & Skills:
Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing. At least 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred. Current RN license and BLS certification required. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are mandatory, with specified time frames for obtaining them. Participation in orientation, preceptorship, and competency validation programs is required for new hires.Additional Requirements:
Ability to manage contingencies and develop long-term patient care plans. Strong assessment, communication, and educational skills. Work schedule involves three 12-hour shifts; full-time position.Benefits
