This exciting role offers the opportunity to operate a tractor-trailer across various routes, delivering freight efficiently and safely while adhering to all federal and state regulations. As a vital part of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for transporting refrigerated cargo, hazardous materials, and other freight types with precision and professionalism. We are seeking motivated drivers who thrive on routine, safety, and delivering exceptional service every day. Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and tankers, on local routes with consistent home time Use GPS navigation systems to follow designated routes accurately and efficiently Load and unload freight manually or with equipment, ensuring cargo is secured properly for transport Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Deliver freight to designated locations while maintaining excellent customer service and communication Follow all hazardous materials regulations when transporting dangerous goods or hazardous materials Manage logistics cargo handling, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols during loading and unloading processes Experience Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including route driving and delivery driving Familiarity with dump trailer preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your skills drive success!
