If you're new to trucking: Train one-on-one with a mentor Earn $850/week while you learn Move straight onto the regular pay scale once you're cleared to run solo Just need 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school to start If you've got 6+ months of solo experience: Start on the full pay scale from day one No trainee period required Pay Average weekly pay: $1,400
