Drivers will also be cross-trained to be able to assist with on-site environmental responses.
Qualifications:
Class A or B CDL Possession or ability to obtain required endorsements: Hazmat, Tanker, Air Brakes The ability to work a schedule that includes occasional nights and weekends. Responsibilities Operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport goods safely and efficiently. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Load and unload freight, securing cargo for safe transport. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, including those specific to hazardous materials. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
