Responsibilities As a Guest Transportation Driver , you will: Safely and efficiently transport hotel guests to and from designated locations Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service throughout each guest interaction Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings as needed Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area Answer guest questions and provide helpful recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, shopping, and other points of interest Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally Maintain the shuttle vehicle in a clean, safe, and presentable condition Check that the vehicle has adequate fuel and is ready for service Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns Follow all hotel policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures Communicate effectively with the Front Desk and other hotel departments regarding guest transportation needs Assist other departments with hotel operations as needed based on business demands Requirements Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, transportation, or customer-service environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Must be at least 21 years of age Must possess a valid, current, non-probationary driver's license from the state in which the property is located Must maintain a clean and satisfactory driving record Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of guests and personalities Excellent customer-service skills and a genuine desire to help others Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous when handling guest concerns or unexpected situations Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Bilingual skills are a plus We are committed to thoroughly training and developing our TEAM through hands-on experience, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
