Thompson Industrial Services LLC seeks an EO/Driver I to support industrial cleaning projects for power, manufacturing, and heavy industrial clients. This entry-level field role combines safe commercial vehicle operation with equipment operation such as hydroblasters and industrial vacuum units. The EO/Driver I assists crews with site setup, hose and tool handling, confined space support, and cleanup while following strict safety and environmental procedures. Candidates should be safety-minded team players interested in hands-on work, learning advanced industrial cleaning technologies, and growing into higher-level operator and field leadership roles. Responsibilities Safely operate company trucks to and from client industrial sites Assist with setup and operation of hydroblasting and vacuum equipment Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain required logs Follow all safety, environmental, and confined space procedures Handle hoses, tools, and materials during cleaning operations Support crew with site preparation, containment, and final cleanup Communicate clearly with supervisors and crew while on job sites Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety issues promptly Use proper PPE and participate in safety meetings and trainings Represent the company professionally at customer locations Required Skills Commercial driving (CDL) Industrial vacuum and hydroblasting equipment operation Basic mechanical aptitude DOT and OSHA safety compliance Pre-trip and post-trip inspections Load securement and rigging basics Reading and following work orders/JSAPPE use and hazard recognition Radio and field communication Basic recordkeeping and log completion
