• and part-time winter seasonal positions beginning in late October and November.

These opportunities are ideal for summer seasonal workers, including dump truck drivers, contractors, landscapers, and others whose work slows during the winter months, as well as individuals looking for evening and weekend employment to earn additional income. We proudly serve the Killington, Ludlow, Woodstock, Rutland, and surrounding areas, with preference given to candidates who live in or near Rutland County. Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks, and there are opportunities for overtime and additional commission-based earnings throughout the winter season. This is not a CDL position.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving tow trucks, providing excellent customer service, and handling various vehicle types. Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Canidates should live in Rutland county or in close proximity. Hourly shifts with commission on call.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a tow truck to assist with vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or impounds
• Safely load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck, ensuring secure transportation
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting drivers and passengers in distress
• Perform basic automotive repair tasks if needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tow truck and equipment

Requirements:

• Must be 25 years or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Commercial driving experience preferred
• Ability to operate a flatbed tow truck
• Proficient in conflict management to handle stressful situations calmly
• Ability to perform basic automotive repairs when necessary
• Must be able to pass a background check
