We are seeking dependable, professional, and experienced Non-CDL Drivers to join our snow removal team. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Minimum of 2 seasons of commercial snow plowing experience Prior experience operating snow plows, snow blowers, and applying deicing/salting products Experience supervising other laborers Skilled in training team members on site-specific needs, safe equipment operation, and safety protocols Comfortable navigating between job sites Able to communicate and interact professionally with clients and crew members

Position Details:
