Brothers Moving & Storage is a family-owned moving company that's been serving Wisconsin since 2012. We're currently hiring an experienced Driver / Crew Leader to lead residential and commercial moves throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

Professional moving company experience is required. Applicants without previous experience working for a professional moving company will not be considered. Pay & Benefits Starting at $26.00+ per hour, based on experience Weekly pay Customer tips Performance bonuses Employee referral program Schedule Full-time position Monday-Saturday availability required Hours vary based on customer demand and seasonality. Most weeks provide full-time hours, although occasional slower weeks may have reduced hours. What You'll Do Safely operate a 26-foot non-CDL box truck Lead and manage a moving crew on residential and commercial moves Pack, wrap, protect, load, and unload furniture and household goods Ensure customer belongings are handled safely and professionally Provide outstanding customer service throughout each move Complete job paperwork and collect payments when required Perform basic truck inspections and report maintenance concerns What We're Looking For At least 21 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Minimum 1 year of experience driving a 26-foot box truck Minimum 1 year of experience working for a professional moving company Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds Ability to pass a DOT medical physical Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening Preferred Qualifications Previous experience leading a moving crew Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with both residential and commercial moves Why Join Brothers Moving & Storage?
