The Program Inspector is responsible for conducting routine inspections of Sunshine's group homes to help ensure each home is clean, safe, organized and meeting agency expectations. This role includes walking through the homes, identifying items that need correction, taking photos when appropriate, and emailing inspection reports so staff and House Managers can quickly address any concerns. The Program Inspector will support with training new house managers including supervision of staff, daily house paperwork, Incident reporting, interventions. The Program Inspector will assist in medication management, intake/discharge and transfers, behavioral health case management and generalized behavioral service for the kids. The Program Inspector will assist with medical appointments and house financial budget. The Program Inspector will help in maintaining children's school and social activities, registration/BID meetings for children. The Program Inspector will focus on the overall quality of care for the children and train on the proper reporting process. The Program Inspector must be professional, fair, detail-oriented, and respectful while supporting a safe and well-maintained environment for the children in our care.Schedule:

High School Diploma Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in foster care/child welfare experience Comfortable traveling within the West Valley region. Must be 21 or older Must have aVALID AZ
