Location:
Long Beach, CA (On-site) Overview We are seeking a well-rounded quality inspector with strong mechanical inspection skills for our fast-paced Aerospace manufacturing client in in Long Beach. This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Long Beach, CA headquarters. Responsibilities Operate Faro Arm using Verisurf. Perform inspection requirements of machined parts as needed for product compliance using standard inspection tools or Computerized Measurement Machine (CMM). Experience with sheet metal fabrication and CNC machined parts. First Article inspection documentation. Complete AS9102 forms daily to support our daily shipment requirements. Perform receiving inspection of raw materials and in-process products, such as heat treated, chem film, primed, anodized, etc. Familiar with the use of micrometers, digital height gauges, comparators, pin gauges, bore gauges, and other inspection tools. Inspect sheet metal that has been hand formed, hydroformed, and break press formed using mechanical inspections methods. Product validation/verification of models, and drawings. Overtime as needed. Punctual and strong attendance. Qualifications First Article Inspection 2 + years of experience in the Aerospace industry of Quality Control/Assurance Inspection. Ability to lift 50 lbs and be physically fit to perform work duties. Must have aerospace and job-shop experience. Ability to read blueprints/mylars. Pay:
$27.00 - $34.00 per hour
