Position Description You will serve as a
PRODUCTION CONTROLLER
(AIRCRAFT) in the
MRO LOGISTICS DIVISION
of
FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
The duty location of this position is San Diego, CA. Position Duties/Responsibilities You will review production reports, investigate and report work stoppages, recommend corrective action. You will demonstrate quality work that is directly reflected in the processing of aircraft, engines and components throughout the facility. You will dispatch list execution in the most efficient and economical manner with the ultimate goal of minimizing turnaround-time and reducing costs. You will execute the daily detailed work order releases or dispatch list requirements for the cognizant work centers. You will verify all workload within cognizant work center for completeness of paperwork prior to routing. You will initiate appropriate action to identify proper work center information whenever corrective action is required with the cognizant Process Engineering. You will coordinate, in conjunction with the appropriate contacts, the availability of technical data, tools, and the actual receipt of work units to the work center. You will review and analyze work orders and dispatch list requirements, manpower availability, work center capacity, and report shortfalls to cognizant contact(s). You will recommend changes in schedules, routing, and processes when deemed appropriate. Minimum Salary 70507 Maximum Salary 91664
