If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in keeping construction zones safe, and want to grow with a company that values its employees, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic control devices. Install and remove barricades, cones, signs, drums, arrow boards, and message boards. Follow approved Traffic Control Plans (TCPs). Direct traffic safely when required. Perform daily inspections of traffic control equipment. Load and unload trucks with traffic control devices. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and fellow crew members. Respond to emergency traffic control requests when necessary. Qualifications Previous traffic control experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. ATSSA Traffic Control Technician (TCT) certification preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Reliable transportation. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications
