Job Description

Role Overview:
The Cessna Pilot Center (CPC) Coordinator oversees Freedom Aviation's flight training administration and assists the Flight Training Manager. Collaborating with other departments, the CPC Coordinator works toward company goals. Additionally, they serve as a direct link between flight school customers and the company, manage the Flight School schedule, and ensure that access to the Airport Operations Area is restricted to authorized individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates the Cessna Pilot Center (CPC). Functions as the Cessna Tracking Application (CTA) Administrator. Performs Flight Training Operations Dispatcher duties. Including scheduling, check in, dispatch, and schedule organization. Manages student flight training accounts including required documentation and payment information. Coordinates with maintenance to ensure all aircraft receive required inspections and are kept in an airworthy condition. Freedom Aviation's Pilot Store Purchasing and inventory control. Answers customer's questions regarding rental checkouts, BFRs, IPCs, Proficiency Flights, and flight training for Private through CFII. Performs various administrative tasks. Assists in FBO operations as needed. Working knowledge of the applicable regulations under Title 14 CFR. Other duties as assigned.

Possesses aviation industry general knowledge. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Adaptable, able to swiftly respond to change. Ability to be on call at all times. This position may change based on the needs of the company. All positions must comply with the Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug Test policies.

$16.50 per hour
