Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Valet Attendant to join our casino team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service while safely parking and retrieving vehicles in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner. Assist guests with directions, luggage, and other reasonable requests. Maintain accurate vehicle ticket records and key control procedures. Inspect vehicles for existing damage before parking. Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized valet area. Work effectively with fellow team members and casino staff to ensure excellent guest experiences. Qualifications Previous valet experience is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check before employment. Ability to safely operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled shifts. Physical Requirements Frequently walk, stand, bend, and enter/exit vehicles throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when assisting guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
