We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Responsibilities:
Provides excellent customer service to all members and guests, ensuring a great experience every visit. Maintains the cleanliness and stocking of the range facility. Cleans, stocks, stages, and returns carts in accordance with training and club standards. Keeps the staging area clean and orderly — presenting members a calm, unhurried, and cheerful environment at all times. Develops familiar relationships with members and helps promote activity at the club. Understands the full operation and uphold the standards of a high-end luxury club. Be well-groomed, in proper uniform, alert, and always professional and mature in conduct. Carries out daily operations, adhering to scheduling and coverage requirements. Takes ownership of your work — leave each shift set up for the next team's success. Communicates promptly, effectively, and concisely; listen first, then offer help. Maintains a consistent level of service, in line with training. Stays well-informed on the club's golf programs day to day.
Benefits & Other Compensation:
This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement). Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older).
