Overview We are seeking a dedicated Parts Associate to join our team in the powersports industry. This role involves assisting customers with parts selection, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth flow of parts operations. Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and other equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records, including stocking, labeling, and organizing parts to ensure easy access and efficient retrieval. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems. Collaborate with technicians and service staff to ensure timely availability of parts needed for repairs and maintenance. Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments while verifying order accuracy. Provide technical advice related to powersports parts to help customers make informed decisions. Keep the parts department clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and updates relevant to powersports equipment. Skills Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles and their components is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales processing. Attention to detail to accurately identify parts and process transactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Team-oriented mindset with good organizational skills. Prior experience in retail or parts departments within the powersports or automotive industry is a plus. Pay:
